Most of us still prefer to use emails as our main mode of correspondence. Limiting communications to one modality just makes life easier because we already receive numerous emails every day, and we simply do not have the time to check multiple sites. However, announcements that are posted directly to our Medtech website onto our schedule display are also effective because it is another resource we refer to frequently. Other options such as announcements posted on specific websites (such as your course page) are not effective because students do not check those sources as regularly.
