Synopsis

This module contains 2 parts.

The first part is a student perspective on what sorts of technologies have worked during our medical educations, and which uses of technology have not worked well. We present the results of a web-based survey targeting Queen's Medicine Classes of 2012 and 2013.

The second part consists of advice we had for faculty on the future use of technology in education. This is presented as a series of questions for teachers to ask themselves. It can be used as a mental checklist before using a new learning object in their course.
