Seven weeks ago, Mrs. Ferguson returns to see her family physician. Her cast was removed one week prior in the hospital fracture clinic. The doctor there told her that the fracture was 'healed' but did recommend any specific aftercare. Since then, Mrs. Ferguson has noted that her wrist is still quite stiff and seems a bit swollen. She is having trouble dressing herself and is quite concerned that there may be a problem with how the bone has healed. She cannot lift heavy objects or open jars as she was previously able to.
