Case 1
A 40 year old female presents to the emergency department complaining of wrist pain after a fall. Movement of the wrist causes pain. There is normal sensation and capillary refill distally. She has tenderness on the ulnar aspect of her wrist in the area of the base of the 5th metacarpal. Her radiograph is shown below:
