Goodlife Reminder!

Hi Everyone!

This is a quick reminder to submit your requests for Goodlife memberships! The deadline for submission is this Friday September 16th. If you have trouble accessing either the new membership or renewal form, please e-mail womenathletics@qmed.ca with your first and last name, and preferred e-mail address. For those who have already completed a form, we will be contacting you with membership payment details shortly.
